Rosemary Infused Gin

If you don’t have any mason jars on hand, use any clean, glass container instead. Or if you’re ready to commit to this rosemary infused gin, pour off an ounce or two from a new bottle of gin and add twice the amount of rosemary right to the bottle.


Rosemary Infused Gin


  • 12-16 oz. Gin
  • 4-5 springs Rosemary


  1. Wash rosemary thoroughly and place in clean mason jar.
  2. Fill mason jar with gin and screw on two piece cap.
  3. Let rosemary steep for 2-3 weeks.
  4. Enjoy in your favorite gin cocktail.

    1. Gordon’s is a perfect and inexpensive gin to infuse with rosemary. It doesn’t have too many botanicals on it’s own so it absorbs the rosemary flavor very well.
